Information on Registration

Cost

The standard cost of the Summer School is £1,250 per person. This price includes lodging in Queen's College, all meals, refreshments, tuition and materials.

Most delegates will be accommodated in single rooms within Queen's College and each of these has a private shower and toilet. Queen's College has a limited number of double / twin rooms and these are reserved for married couples only. These also have a private shower and toilet and the cost for this is £2,350 per couple.

The price of the non-residential participants is £1,050 per person, or £1,950 per couple. This price includes lunch, dinner, tuition and materials alongside the delegates lodging within Queen's College. Please note that if you wish to select this option, you will be required to arrange your own lodging and to pay any charges directly to the establishment in addition to the Summer School registration fee.

There is a limited number of each of the options and therefore all places are allocated on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

How to Register

You can register and pay at this website. To secure a place you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £300 per person (£600 for couple rooms). You will also be required to agree to our terms & conditions and refund & cancellations policy for the event.

All those attending must meet a minimum age requirement of 18 years of age. Any disability, mobility or dietary requirements can be recorded and detailed during the registration process.

Registration Process

1Browse the available room types from either the menu system above or to the right.

2Select the Payment Option, complete any additional information required, and click Add to Cart.

3You can review the cart and move to the next section of the process by clicking on Registration | Shopping Cart from the top menu.

4Select Checkout from the footer of the shopping cart screen when you are ready to proceed.

5If this is your first booking, then you will need to enter your registration details; ensure that you do complete all the details accurately.

6Upon clicking the Send Registration button you will receive 2 x emails, one with your username and password, the second is a copy of your registration details.

7Click the Confirm Order button to confirm your registration. On the next screen click the Continue button to move to the credit card payment site.

8Enter your card details correctly, and you will return to this website.
