Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy is in addition to the Terms & Conditions of sales through this website and relates specifically to bookings for the RZIM Zacharias Trust Summer School. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy is repeated in the confirmation email issued after the booking process has been completed.

Refund of Deposit

The deposit is non-refundable after the 7 day cooling-off period described in the Statutory Rights section of our Terms and Conditions.

Late Payment of Remaining Balances

Delegates are required to pay the full amount owed by 1st May 2009. Failure to pay the remaining balance by 1st May 2009 will result in the following: 1) Your deposit will be retained by RZIM Zacharias Trust to cover our administration costs, and 2) Your place will be cancelled and that space will be released for those on the waiting list.

Refund of Remaining Balance

Delegates who have paid the full amount will be entitled to a refund of the full amount less the deposit if they cancel before 1st May 2009.

Exceptional Circumstances

Delegates will not be entitled to a refund if they cancel after 1st May 2009, unless there are exceptional circumstances which will need to be presented to RZIM Zacharias Trust in writing.
